Describe the issue

When i'm downloading something and i let the screen locked for a while, the download speed counter shows inconsistent speeds.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Download a series
  2. Lock the screen
  3. Wait > 20 minutes
  4. Unlock the screen
  5. Keep looking at the download speed, sometimes shows inconsistent values
