Describe the issue

With the latest version (2.6.0), the SW is not using the local config.json configuration file nor creating it if it is missing.
Is it changed the way of it?
I found out because it wasn't following my settings, for example quality 720p, and it is downloading files inside the windows user folder instead the .exe folder (when i test this the config file name was set correctly)
