Log: Switch to enum class
Need to change the channel to a bitset too.. the string lookups are
horribly slow, and conflict when one is a prefix of another.

Negcon rumble (#3177)
* Implemented NeGcon with rumble. Code is a mix of the existing NeGcon AnalogController modes.

* Fix negcon id reply and analog/digital toggle.
