Ole Eskild Steensen 825893d52c Fix #64 : Support links ending in .md

Some dataview queries adds a .md file extension on links to other
pages. This caused the digital garden to search for filename.md.md,
which it didn't find. Thus dataview queries could result in dead links
that weren't really dead. This commit should fix that.

Digital Obsidian Garden

This is the template to be used together with the Digital Garden Obsidian Plugin. See the README in the plugin repo for information on how to set it up.

Custom Styling

I encourage you to change the default styling to make the site your own. Please modify the custom-style.scss when doing so to avoid future conflict when updating the template.
